I really was worried that people would think that what I accomplished by August of 2017 would get people to think that it was something for nothing, instantaneous gratification, diseased type communications would follow.Mindy convinced me and rightly so, that my story would resonate with many many people that were in the same situation as I was, before I started to invest in rental properties.

I really enjoyed listening to this Joe Rogan podcast with Michael Osterholm, who specializes in infectious diseases (seems to be extremely knowledgeable in the subject matter).As for my opinion on the housing market.

Be careful when you are sniffing that COVID covered disease infected money.

In other words, the medicine you take for the disease will kill you.

And no, this is not like every other tragedy (which does not mean I am down playing the others) what other modern disease  has killed this many people in 4 months??
