As the Guardian Fund LLC bankruptcy continues, we have been getting several calls regarding properties that owners are just now figuring out are titled in their trusts.

What I am looking to do is refinance, or pull out equity so I can get back on track with my lender and continue searching for a buyer. 

I began to see through everything, but because of my kind nature (that has since been changed) I felt obligated to continue trusting him, that it was a mistake.. that it would get better.

While I continue nurturing those realtor relationships (and patiently waiting for my phone to ring), I'm curious to explore other avenues for sourcing off-market deals.

From my experience, success in real estate investing starts with clearly defining your goals and continuously educating yourself through podcasts, books, forums, and courses.

I don't want to be surprised though as I go to buy additional properties just to have them say that I'm taking on too much debt even though my income can support it so long as I continue taking in rental income.  

Should I continue mediation or pursue legal action (considering the time and costs involved)?

I will also need cash to continue marketing campaigns, Very cash intense for equity.

A couple other neighborhoods I like besides the two you mentioned are Washington Park, Hyde Park, Woodlawn, and South Shore.I think that area will continue to be gentrified because you have the lakefront as well as CTA trains.Is there any reason you are targeting Chicago instead ofdoubling down in Kansas City?

We have had hosts on the platform since then that are continuing to do well and add units.
