As far as I can tell, super liens are a tool for HOAs to recoup past due assessments through the foreclosure process. 

I looked at various tools but ultimately picked Baselane due to its ease of use and scalability.

AirDNA and Mashvisor are two good tools to consider for determining the price you can get as an STR.

As a screening tool, I ask for proof of funds before we bother a tenant and show the property. 

BP is a convenient tool for that because it's more transparent and usually the best advice gets the most votes.
