According to one of the leases I have read, the tenant is responsible for changing the furnace filters and smoke detector batteries so nobody will be in for that.

My understanding is that it has been updated, might be MAS 200 by now, don't know, but the module system is very powerful for accounting, might have been the price that kept most away from the software.......$$$$!

We had to deviate from our standard lease to have the tenant NOT be responsible for changing light bulbs, smoke alarm batteries and HVAC filters (that normally are a responsibility of the tenant).

Boeing  787 being built at the Charleston airport Boeing has optioned 1000's of acres around the airport.. 787 battery problems fixed they have gone from delivering 2 a month to 5 a month and with the gas efficiency and the cabin pressurized to 4k feet this is a plane that has a good 20 year run.3.

We got a hotel for the duration, but I had to go buy a small battery-operated pump to drain the sump pump well twice a day.Having said that, I wouldn't let the lack of a basement be a deal breaker.
