Hi guys,I'm primarily interested in investing in property in Australia!

Hi Everyone I'm based in Australia trying to open a bank account in the USA.

I'm new to the US, originally from Australia and trying to get my head around all things investing in Utah (currently residing).So much to learn, soaking in the differences (and similarities) between what I thought I knew in Aus and here in Utah.I've read so much my brain hurts, but I'm keen to learn everything I can about opportunities, wisdom and common mistakes here in the US!

. $52,000 (assuming 80% loan which are available) This would also create an excellent cash flow scenario for Australia where the rent should cover all of the bank interest, ongoing holding costs like building maintenance/body corporate fees, property management fees and annual tax returns.  

So I decided to pursue a masters degree in property and development in Australia.

She does not intend to keep the investment long into the future but is thinking after a few years she may sell the property and hopefully have earned enough in equity and appreciation to then take that money back to Australia to buy a home where prices are way high.

I don’t have the luxury of calling upon my sphere of influence, as it’s mainly in Australia and over many different cities in USA.

In Australia we do not have such things as "Turn Key Providers".

@Valerie Hiscoe I have also invested in Richmond also and I knew the prices would rise in BC a few years back esp. what from what I have seen in Sydney Australia which is a similar city.
