Listing looks good, but we get the best results here in Connecticut by putting a "beauty" interior shot as the main listing photo.

It's interesting seeing the streets where Porchfest takes place, which are full of beautifully restored homes, and then walking a street over and being quickly reminded that you aren't in the best part of town.
