Easy curb appeal with basic exterior upgrades (deck, fencing, etc.)

This deal wouldn't appeal to me from a scalable size standpoint, return standpoint, or the time needed.

Haven't used that strategy before and it sounds appealing.

Adding a programmable thermostat should appeal to a buyer as well (if you don't already have one).

I think a lot of companies in Memphis now view the issue the same way - make our properties look less appealing for theft.
