There are other benefits to upgrading your account and it's cheaper than an attorney.The second option is to go to an attorney.

@Sheena Lee it depends on the property and the size. if its a small property that could be founded with cash or large down payment that is required rehab then possibly vacant so we can get in to it and do the upgrades. if its a larger property then i rather it been 70% occupied at least.
