Out here in Vegas I am very dialed into the Real Estate market and i was talking to a friend, who is also a Realtor and he was like forget LinkedIn go to Bigger Pockets, so i trip over here I do one search for investors in Toledo and you were on here. and i dont know i became offended by the out pouring of support for what I thought was a company that was less than straight forward.

All of what I hear is from investors who started out with no kids, some not even married, meaning they just had to worry about supporting themselves.Is there an experienced investor out there that got started in real estate investing when they already had kids, a spouse, a house and other responsibilities that they accumulated before they jumped to RE investing?
