My Fiancé currently commutes to Baylor University for graduate school.

Out here in Vegas I am very dialed into the Real Estate market and i was talking to a friend, who is also a Realtor and he was like forget LinkedIn go to Bigger Pockets, so i trip over here I do one search for investors in Toledo and you were on here. and i dont know i became offended by the out pouring of support for what I thought was a company that was less than straight forward.  

If the rents support the mortgage and the note has a good performance record then the lenders will be more inclined to work with you.

Find a support system to take away your not unusual fear of failure.

All of what I hear is from investors who started out with no kids, some not even married, meaning they just had to worry about supporting themselves.Is there an experienced investor out there that got started in real estate investing when they already had kids, a spouse, a house and other responsibilities that they accumulated before they jumped to RE investing?

More frightening than having to live under a perceived unfair governing system, is to find yourself with no home, no money, no food to call your own, cut off from your support system. 

The area I prefer to invest in is near a big university, very limited inventory and in high demand for renting (so many investors present). 

Some will disagree with me saying you can do it on your own but I know from experiencing it right now that if you're looking at 10K houses in Baltimore city, that every little bit of support and guidance from those who know what do to, helps.  

Make sire you surround yourself around like minded people on this journey and find someone that support your business and is concerned about seeing you succeed.

It is going to take the support of your community and to weigh the time, expense, and other options to find the best solution as you only have 36 members in your community.Jeff
