Our plan was to house hack a duplex with an FHA loan, and then, after fulfilling the year residence requirement, move out of our side to travel and rent it through AirBnB so we'd have a place to come back to if needed.

I would like to work out a feasible plan for moving forward so that when the travel restrictions loosen and the market softens I am ready and able to move.Now is a great time to take stock of options and formulate plans.I’m just not sure on the best way to go.

Or that I can fly to easily, preferably a direct flight within a couple hours, especially if within my business travel domain so I can get to a rental location for free on a work trip.
