Demand is steep for contractors and trades most won't go out to a property unless you have it under contract or you are a repeat customer.

I would suggest that you learn a trade.  

I have a lot to offer in terms of digital marketing skills as well!

The compensation you get right off the bat might not be enough but the skills and knowledge you will gain from working with a good property management company will be priceless on your journey to investing.

My other question is that I have a LLC also taxed as a corporation for trading  stocks.

Mac Investment Property Group is subbing out all trades for labor, but we are performing all material negotiations and building department communication.

As an agent you have commission free listing and marketing skills.

You just have to figure out which will best fit your risk profile, and what skills you bring to the table to add value or limit your downside for each property type.

I believe negotiation is one of the most important skills in all of the business.
