I was actually happy to see them go because they were terrible properties and the Landlords refused to maintain them.Here's my point: if you demonstrate your value, or justify the fees, then clients will stay with you.

In addition to the multitude of other issues, you are also making the (terrible) assumption that you will not need to put any money into the property the whole time you own it.
