yes but, at the same time, there are already a lot of categories and it can be time consuming to keep drilling up and down the tree structure to view topics in different cats if you are interested in more than one highly specific area.also, it seems like posting is decreasing lately so further segmenting will reduce the number of new recent posts in each category even further.just my $0.02

Found an old beat up house with a “for rent” sign nailed on a tree that looked like it was there for years.

I hired a landscaper to come cut down a tree in the yard and while they were there, I asked that they pull all the overgrown weeds and spray weed killer.

Suffice to say, not my cup of tea.- Got taken to lunch by my realtor, contractor, property manager, my tenants- Got scammed by a guy who posed himself as a MF lender- Got bullied by a real estate lawyer to sacrifice half my deposit for doing nothing wrong.A not so warm welcome.. got out with my teeth kicked in..That is not to say the market may not be for you!

I have to pass the Crab Tree Mall on my way to and from work and I don't love it. 

Our main house has land but its all trees, little grass.

I'd say exhaust all other options before barking up the new construction tree.  

My family owns 12 acres of land in Camden North Carolina.After knocking the trees down, what should be the next step to creating passive income for the family ?

Just recently I had a contractor cut down some trees in the backyard that were making a mess of the area and preventing the grass from growing.

He isn't everyone's cup of tea, but he knows his stuff.
