Our company has been very active on the internet since its inception in around 2007 with a TV show on the Sportsman's Channel that aired nationally each week in the fall. 

I'm finding a lot of awesome deals on the internet but I always question the neighborhood.

If I can get a considerable cheaper marketing budget in VA I can do phone calls and preliminary analysis from home via internet and talking to people I know out there.

I can for example using my local MLS get everything from Los Angels to San Diego.MLS's in general are and remain very local, kind of like the internet must have been in its first few days of existence.  

There are lots of threads about how to find deals...so some searching and looking around the site.In general though, these days, the best deals are off-market deals that are found through direct marketing, advertising, Internet marketing, cold calling, etc.

I am not sure if the war was for oil, wmds or anything else, but it did distract us from the task at hand of going after Al-Qaida.I am no expert, just my two cents.
