Attend more than one as they usually will let you be a visitor or guest to a meeting for free and it will give you an opportunity to see how different groups hold meetings and events.

Also Branson(where I'd buy the condo) gets around 9 million visitors a year so places stay pretty booked.

I have continuously visited Catskill and over the past seven years I have seen it grow in terms of visitors from out of town.

You have to have at least a few hundred emails, phone numbers or website visitors, but if you do, you can setup remarketing campaigns on facebook and also on Google to carry your message forward online much less expensively than the post cards.

Have a great “about” page: The 3rd most visited page on all of the websites on our platform no matter what type of visitor it’s going after (buyers, sellers, etc) is the About Page.
