I have been seeing a lot of properties towards the end of south shore, with the same proximity to the lake front if not closer but a bit further from the golf courses and upcoming presidential center, more towards 79th street.

Plus, man is the only creature to trip over stone twice...In my view, the real "blood on the streets" will be seen in 12-18 months when people currently furloughed will be officially unemployed and unable to service their debts.

Wall Street is going to figure out these things are stupid, pull back their dollars (think dot com bust, when investors realized that "people talking about a thing" and "actual profitability" are NOT, in fact, the same thing), and poof there goes DSCR, before you know it you have to squint to tell DSCR rates/fees from HML, and at that point why not just save the hassle and get a HML?

Now add in the $ relocating from Wall Street into Main Street via the "Gold Rush" in SFR funds happening today.
