Hi Isaac,Personally, I wouldn't recommend this.You should focus on growing your portfolio as in "finding the next deal, getting access to cheap capital, finding partners, strategy planning, tax minimization, etc..."

I think that while what you want to spend all-in on this project is somewhat possible, you will end up with a very management heavy property at the end and shouldn’t expect the best tenant pool.

I would not play around with creative finance in terms of spending time trying to find it because it will end up not being the best use of your time unless you have marketing money and understand the different scripts and way you can help people with seller finance or sub to.

Buy home next to Jensen Huang's residence , from santa clara to San Mateo as well lol just buy their land and land lol Silicon Valley and the SF peninsula is a perfect example where land to build ratios are inverse to most of the rest of the US.... in Palo Alto you buy a lot for 2 to 3mil and spend 1 mil building a home on it..

Yeah the market and interest the best but I’m planning long term so not too much of a concern for me as long as the deal still works.
