Electric outlets every 10 feet, windows, sliding door, etc.my big concern is- to get my STR permit, are they going to make me build a new carport to replace the converted garage?

I just put in $20,000 new sliding, $5,000 new electric box and wirings, carpet, water heater, new paints, new fridge, new vapor barrier and insulations.

I am heavily considering instant water heaters to free up space and I am thinking of converting the bath tubs to large showers with frame-less glass walls. 

& I ask that because I had someone once try to sell me a house with a (Insert: "A title issue" OR "because the foundation was sliding into a lake")A lot of times this will get them to offer their true motivation instantly.

@William HochstedlerYes, I nearly brought that up with @Dell Schlabach who "thought the definition of wholesaling was to buy something and sell it to someone else who is going to sell it retail", but at the time I let it slide because I couldn't see how wholesaling or retailing changed the legality argument.

You should definitely start looking to create a network of vendors who know you and who can handle all the different jobs (plumber, HVAC guy, electrician, refinisher, handyman for specific jobs or demo, painter, roofer, glass vendor, etc.) because these folks can make or break your business.

And the competition is fierce; commissions are on the downward slide, especially now versus 6 months ago, there is little supply for all the Realtors looking to get paid.

Sometimes when the letters are printing, one will slide under another, a duplicate will print, one will go missing....something.
