I’ve been a General Contractor and have built homes, completed building second stories, anything that pertains to building including building Oil drilling a Riggs in Channelview Tx.  

Before I moved in, I completely renovated the entire house. 

If you do not use it simply make larger payments over 6-12 months to lower the overall interest and loan balance.

I got super lucky and ran into some people who helped me build out my van for completely free.

Hi Rich,Yes, if you assume you are buying a property all cash and rely completely on appreciation, this makes sense.

The NAR (National Association of Realtors) then established a partnership with Zillow, and now Zillow hides all the listings of forsalebyowner -- basically fsbo have no visibility whatsoever and the vast majority of buyers who use Zillow simply will never find them.

And you might think about going into contract on some new builds (not buying the land and getting a construction loan - simply going into contract on new builds that will be done whenever).

We sold at a profit though and the new folks have it as an airbnb with all our stuff in it :)  If we had to pay a manager we would have been losing money.. and to self manage like i said I am just too busy to deal with these there is simply better money for me in other avenues..
