I was thinking more about it and would definitely want some sort of experienced license contractor working on bigger projects(electrical ,plumbing, ect) but I know he does good work for installing carpets/tile and wood floors as well as bathrooms and kithen remodling.

No we made an offer on a property just listed sight unseen for the list price- I thought list price was pretty fair so didn't think we needed to low ball-asked for zero closing and cash offer.

If not, you need to be either through a FSBO web sight or a realtor.

With that said, I am not sure on the condo market there, but in my neck of the woods, I can probably get at least one person per day to just deed me their condo with their mortgage in place.

You can try wrapping a chain around them and pulling them out with a truck, but bad things like flying wood taking out a truck window can result.Check with your city about whether or not gravel is allowed.

Personally I prefer a rosette as it adds a touch of class to the project.Trim wood is available at your local home supply store and a few will offer tips in completing the work.

An attorney doc review would be recommended and prudent in any case since local laws may be different from your neck of the woods.
