@Hattie Dizmond Amazing market there that allows a wholesaler to simply put an MLS property they put into escrow and offer it as wholesale.. that's crazy ... buyers need to be smarter than that they are leaving thousands on the table.. just wait them out buy direct and save thousnads..

Of course, we had some missing parts/pieces to boot.Not that plywood cabs would have done much better, but shortly after finishing the house, a water line blew out (lazy plumber didn't solder an elbow) and ruined most of the cabinets.

@Teri S. jajaja I hear you, but there is really a posibility of lowering the trash bill, it might not be worth it for one or two properties but some PM pay over 6-7k per month, I ve seen cases where simple changes can lower that to 2-3 thousand dollars.
