In launching a new biz, managing all my current in progress rehabs, family, and dealing with all the things that come with all of that, I simply needed a break from contributing which takes up an enormous amount of my time.I hope to post as often as time permits and perhaps increase that amount again once my house is in order.Best wishes to you Josh and the BP Family.

A "recovery" to perhaps 40-50 cents on the dollar from peak pricing at current interest rates is a long way from another "bubble" - its sustainable pricing & an opportunity for those who did or will buy at retail to actually build a tiny bit of equity.
