Thank You Mr Harden- So if my office and LLC are located in MD, I can still have properties I am working on and selling in PA?  

Does anyone know if I can finance this as second home since my son will live there and I will actually live there about 4 weeks or so out of the year since I have an office in that town w my W2 job.

I worked in finance for 6 years working along side family offices(billionaire families).

I am renting a gorgeous apartment for $1000 just next to the office and have $30k on my savings account.I am thinking of buying a house for $100k-$130k.

The property is located in a B- area, not bad, low crime, directly across the street from the police station and near local parks. 

If there is an economic development office where you (want to) invest, they could give you more details!

The landlord called the police and they never did anything about the drug use.

Once you get to 2 to 3, set up a time to visit their offices and meet the staff.  

Called the tax assessor's office today to see what taxes are owed on the property as I haven't paid the taxes on it since I acquired the property because it had a mobile home on it that got repossessed from a foreclosure through the owner's mortgage company. 

I will be running the operation out of my real estate office, so no need to budget for overhead there.
