I know there is al ist of podcasts and you can look through each of them to see what they reference but I was cursious if there is a easier way to see that Podcast A, B, and C all cover rehabbin for retail etc.

Narrow your search to "Entire House" listings, as these are more often used strictly as rentals. 

As opposed to a national bank who may have 5 or 6 programs with narrow guidelines that YOU have to fit into.

That being said we have a "very" straight and narrow path and an informal business plan.

I will definitely be narrowing the scope of work  I do, cause it ain't easy and it's kinda lonely.  

While having plan A succeed is ideal, reality will not always conform to your expectations, which is why you need to have plan B and plan C in place just in case.

They are incredibly narrow sighted when it comes to this issue.
