I have a wife, three kids, work 4 days a month as a medic per-diem, little money, no credentials and four properties... working on more.  

On the other hand, areas like Sugar Land and Pearland have been less affected due to their accessibility to the medical center.  

We have had great success with grad students, UGA employees and other young professionals around the new Medical school and Athens Regional Medical Center (ARMC/ Cobb/Hamm/Hill Historic, Normaltown) and also the Prince/Boulevard Downtown corridors.

The note guy I'd chosen has had to deal with some very seriously medical issues recently.

The tenants are a small medical business that have been there for 10+ years on a series of 2-3 year NNN leases.

I do not have that type of experience but I am effected by my physical condition and not having the ability to go to work because of some medical issues I have.

Condense the population so to speak into one proper town with new strip malls, and medical service areas---plus figure out what kind of work suits them and bring some of it there.Might be easier to (weed out) the criminals if there were in one city of side by side homes, vs so spread out--and put a new BIG men's prison, women's prison and kids prison in that area too--and get rid of the crime.
