Get a job right out of school unless you have family money.

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

The employees are dependent on your ability to get jobs (probably distressed deals), making offers, and keeping the train moving.

And its a lifestyle not a job. 

There are plenty of doctors that are able to have a high earning job and invest in STR and use those losses to offset their income.

In an ideal world, you should play nice.
