@Albert Vega if you don't need the income now, as you stated, and you are financially able to take on the inherent risk of financing, my advice is basically always to leverage your capital.

@Rick TurmanHi Rick I don't have a ton to add here other than the observation that any time I've ever explored the possibility of sharing equity with a contractor, AND paying them for their work (time) - there's an inherent conflict here that cannot really be resolved - my experience here is that it's a bad idea to try to accomplish both these things.I don't have much to add on your entity structure, etc.
