Human beings can unconsciously judge someone else within seconds of meeting one another, so my hypothesis is that tenants are thinking "do I like this person and can I deal with this person going forward".

You combine that with a possible company (talking in generalities not a specific company) that wants to make a quick buck off of investors with that mindset you get a perfect storm brewing.Of course it's human nature to still feel bad for the investors where things did not turn out as planned and hoped for.

Today, maybe not humans, but definitely different forms like most.........diet. 

Unfortunately, a lot of it happens due to human nature which tends to mess things up for everyone else in the world.

Meaning does equal happiness, and meaning takes different forms, but usually, responsibility, status in your community, feeling needed, having meaninful interactions with people, and making a positive difference to others are things humans crave.

You also learn how human people are who made it big even though they're enormous.
