As I am earning relatively well in my job I can afford to service the 15 year loan and the debt is being paid down relatively quickly.

If we don't set it up for all guests to have a reason to read our house rules and info sheets, the host who booked may know them, but no one else often will.

The official zoning is C-RS (commercial rural service) but as the home was built is 1919 so it is existing, non-conforming and can be used as a SFH or commercial business.

I heard of LLC services provided by Garrett Sutton (from Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad) but don't know how it works.

If so, what do you think of their service?
