Should I list each room separately or list the whole apartment and let the tenants figure it out?

I struggle with whether I should take some money off the table and sell off some properties, reinvest in other areas that cash flow with some more room to grow on the apprecIation side, or just play the long game and ride it out.

The partner’s sons will not trouble you much, but look out that some boys poorer, much poorer than yourselves, whose parents cannot afford to give them the advantages of a course in this institute, advantages which should give you a decided lead in the race–look out that such boys do not challenge you at the post and pass you at the grand stand.

There is actually room for 4 units (3 of which are rented) in the house which we want to utilize and so my question is .. are these 3 above requests or any of them a bit ridiculous and necessary and is there any way around this?

Do you normally stage all the bedrooms, Game Room, Dinning room and study?

If they are current is there room to increase after the Rehab is complete?
