Who could coord.When you hire staff; organiZe yourself, efficiently, you have more energy higher and better things.

The bottom line is making your money work for you as hard and as efficiently as possible and you are the only one that can determine what is best for you.  

I would say get a better and more efficient realtor.

Also, underwriting/getting to closing is much quicker and efficient. 

Check the bedroom windows for egress requirement , insulation, exterior doors for size and insulation efficiency.

Given its new construction, you should have an advantage over existing buildings, given the current energy efficiency requirements of current building codes. 

If you plan to have lots of properties, you may want to break them into small groups and put each group in one LLC (and you could actually get one "blanket loan" for all of them if you want to be more efficient).

Just not an efficient use of time unless you have an existing relationship. 

Please advise if you know where to start and how to proceed in order to build back a new kitchen in the most cost-efficient manner.  

While the heating is effective (it keeps the place warm) it is not very efficient.
