The only reason you can trust the MLS is because the people who provide the data are licensed and risk losing their license if they misuse the tool; without those types of ramifications, fraud would be rampant.Even if you can surpass those two huge obstacles, you then run into about a dozen other technical and logistical issues that are very difficult to solve.There are plenty of websites that provide wholesale leads to investors, but those focus on just one type of inventory.

The semi detached project has benefitted from a couple barn doors and finally we were able to hang them (needed carpet and finishers to come back).Post 55 - appliancesAppliance delivery is another nice progress milestone in the project.

There are obstacles to splitting the lot into separate  town homes etc, so it appears having a quadruplex or Triplex will be the only option.

Some areas are just fine, they are mature neighborhoods, outdated floor plans, style, detached garages, that lack amenities but they are certainly functional.Look for properties on or near public transportation routes, bus stops.

If you can relate reward with difficulty, then you'll WANT the complexity and difficulty of more units.Read a book called the Obstacle Is The Way, or watch a video on YouTube called Embrace the Difficult by Tai Lopez..Just trying to give a different point of view so you don't say no because of the difficulty of the deal..Either way, best of luck to you
