You buy a property and you make plans / reserves on things going sideways.A lot the bad stuff that happens never gets on YouTube a year before it happens (look up "black swan").

Lots of people have money to give, but who do you want to go into business with when stuff hits the fan, or simply doesn't go the way they want.

I'm looking for help on how to word a notice that personal stuff must be removed and not be put back without offending anyone. 

The COVID stuff forcing more work from home will eventually take a toll on the urban market as more people find a reason to continue to work from home even after it may not be required.

Ideally, go through and fix stuff before people move in.I do small jobs myself, not as much to save money, but also to get things fixed faster.

So when I first became a biggerpocket's member I asked a question in the forums is REI worth a divorce.. my question is now how can I protect my two vacant lots on the lake that i just purchased since August now that it looks like divorce is for sure coming.. for the past couple of weeks she would leave during the day so I could be able to educate myself with watching podcasts or reading books or driving for dollars etc.. she's been gone for the past three days and nights and I barely heard from her. when I said something about why is her stuff still here if  she wasnt going to come home she said that she would come pack it tomorrow.. well I just got done packing it tonight and I'm wondering if there's a way to protect my investments.. the whole marriage i have been the one taking care of both of us and its been horrible every since i got laid off from working in the plants in west texas.. i was trying to hang on till i could atleast get a post nup signed but now it dont look like that is going to happen.. i was trying to make a better life for the both of us and now it looks like my REI days might be done..

You can't just dump his stuff out etc, you will still need to go through the property channels, let his hers to move out his stuff, etc.

@Jamila ThompsonJust check with co-op or condo board there’s no restrictions on renting or leasing it out. most will allow it for 12 month leases just not Airbnb type stuff.

And yet, not one of them ever called me back as if these call agents are oversea call centers that just read stuff off a script and they don't understand the business model themselves.
