Currently wrapping up what has been an extraordinarily challenging shopping center redevelopment project.It never ceases to amaze me how much there is to learn and so I’m eager to meet and interact with the community to take my skills to the next level.  

Meetups are a great way to meet people who can complement your strengths and fill in some of the gaps in your skill set.

If so what skills do you possess?

If you stick with it long enough you’ll start to develop your own skills to get you ahead too.

I am pretty young and a student and because of that have very little access to liquid capital, so he advised me to just look at the bigger deals, the ones he is interested in, in order to hone my skills and possibly put a deal together for him.

@ Micheal CraigOk that is very differentwith no pics hard to advise but if a vinyl window it should have a mech most likely failed They don't have balancers per say but there is often a part that fails that can be accessed from the inside portion of the window on the frameI am a contractor and would hire this out to a window repair company chances are they have the part on the truck and the skill to repair. this should be a low level reasonably priced repair

Unless you are the specialty builder with that skill-set to create something truly special, I don't think much. 

Timing the market takes a lot of skill and even those skilled get it wrong more than not they just make sure the wrongs are small and the rights are big.

I am looking to hone my negotiation skills and have recently just finished the book Never Split The Difference.

I wanted to take my own approach using skills from my day job.
