SCSU has what I consider a very stupid plan for SCSU, that's going to feed continued decline.

Hello everyone,I have been keeping close tabs on the realestate market and with interest rates rising I have seen a large decline in property costs. 

Afterall, no one wants to buy a declining asset because that doesn't make us feel good.  

I subscribe to a service that tracks all housing sales in the US and measures growth and decline in housing values (updated quarterly).

I declined all the other applicants and took the listing down off the sites I posted to.

I am considering Rhino and would like to hear from anyone who has experience with them and lenders who would accept or decline Rhino for a refi.

The only real protection is to not to allow CC payments....and that should be an option for Cozy users if it not...One issue I had with Cozy when I looked at using them for payments was the issue of not being able to decline partial rent payments.

You are aware that the market is declining. 

Although Cleveland is a popular cash flow market, you can't ignore the fact that it has a declining population and stagnant job growth.

However, I quickly found that multifamilies were in declining neighborhoods, which I didn't want to deal with at the time.
