Thanks for that My son is living in Jordan at the moment with his girlfriend as she has family in Jordan so the rent they are paying for a 2 bed is $1200 per monthSo I was thinking if I buy and they rent it from my company (me)then there rent would be lower I am currently paying $195 per month on a loan of $105000so they wouldnt have to pay much I would only need to know that I would get my money back if I need to sell

My broker at the moment is small, (not helpful at all) so I'm debating switching.

I'm looking to form a partnership that will increase his % as we go, as he is a sweat equity partner at the moment.

Market seems to be hot at this moment you should be able to get out of this investment. 

I am a broker in charleston, sc and relocating here in beautiful Venice Florida.

At this moment, I've taken an interest in BRRRR, house flipping, and holding rental properties (not very focused, I know).

I really want to get into rental properties but have Low Capital at the moment with at most $8k so I was wondering how can someone with that amount look for investors when just starting out ?
