I can almost assure you that there are investors in your area who are achieving your goals and would be happy to connect and maybe even talk over a cup of coffee.

Not sure why your father chose the route he did, but I can assure you there were some options for him and Sub2 wasn't one of um.

I assure you, we want everyone to be happy where they are at and if that, for you, is right where you are, we honor that.

I was constantly talking to my agent but she assured me that our market is hot and inventories remain low.

Rest assured, though that you have a community of like-minded individuals that share a passion for real estate in BP, definitely why I joined.

Unless the seller has a portfolio you can reasonably assure yourself you can tap in the future, why invest?
