For the school issue, I've been told before by the Olympia School District that they do allow a limited number of student transfers from neighboring school districts, but they admit that there are always more transfer applicants than they can approve.

I don't know how this is legal. 

But nonetheless, can you talk more about your legalities of how you make all this official?

Is that house a legal multifamily or did someone just decide to add rooms?

I know the stove is not allowed for legal purpose, but is the hot plate allowed?

I have thought about wholesaling but it seems like it would be tough to stay persistent with since I have a full time job.I have the credit to get approved for a loan but seemingly not enough cash for a down payment or to fund any rehab projects.I appreciate the help.Thanks,Daniel
