Hello board,as the title of the post states, I've new to portfolio lending and I was trying to evaluate an offer that I was recently approached with.

Also in a situation that only involves a seller, you give an unscrupulous investor the opportunity to try and take the property out from under you when they approach the seller with a bigger deposit than you gave.
