Near impossible to deny a Service Animal/ESA, that is a losing battle as a landlord.

While I am planning on buying in CO at least for now, I'm not sure if CO is where I want to be long term and wonder if I need to consider being closer to family.

Keeping the outside condenser unit clean is also something I prefer to do especially when the coils get coated with dust, cotton wood & sooty mold from old trees.

You're also dealing with a different animal when you talk about STR or MTR in a multi-family space.
