All the lenders I've spoken to want us to change title to the LLC members individual names.

It's all the same, whether it is individual contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, etc.) or a property manager.  

I would weigh in the lost opportunity cost, do you know of any such individual paying $300 a month in rent?

Find a company that identifies the most recently registered number to that individual, along with ranked landline and wireless numbers, and email addresses.

Get your ducks in a row by speaking with lenders and agents and work on getting your team together and this will help alleviate some of the stress as you can rely on these professionals to aid you as you begin your RE journey.If I may ask, what has you overwhelmed?
