@Delia Hernandez Take the practice exams over and over and over, and figure out which topics you're not doing so great at...then study those topics more.That's how I, and also many others I know, have passed our exams.

Would you prefer for the meetup to be nothing formal, just a casual hang out to interact with other investors in the area to discuss deals, hopes, and dreams, etc..... or would you prefer to have a topic to discuss and possibly have someone in the real estate world (bankers, lenders, financial advisors, Inspectors, etc.) come to chat with everyone about what they can do to help and what they look for?
