Bonus Question: What are some great lakes to fish other than Wallenpaupack that produce a nice variety of fish.Sorry for the lengthy question but any feedback will help me with my decision.

Purchase price: $50,000 Cash invested: $25,000 Purchased a lake house where I grew up.

Should I still get 1 or 2 rentals to get my feet wet before going out of state, I've also considered buying nice vacation homes by lakes, beach etc. and Air BNB instead.
