These professionals need to distance themselves from the hordes of inexperienced wholesaler wannabes, the ones that believe the seminar guru is teaching them only because he wants to "give back", believe that complete knowledge and experience neccessary for success can be obtained in a three day seminar, and believe that they no longer need to study their local market, that "virtual" wholesaling is the key to riches.

Jon,I'm getting the security deposit from the management company that the previous landlord was using.I guess I'm just not used to dealing with people who start yelling at me and telling me how they are doing me a favor by breaking the lease and then justifying it by telling me how poor they are and how rich I am.
