I see a lot of hosts with sub 70% response rates, I was never sure how those hosts actually made money with that kind of customer service, I wonder if this is aimed at those hosts to clear them from the playing field and reward hosts with high communication rates. 

. - Tip. apply for a low interest card, or something you can utilize to your advantage (airline card, point rewards card, etc.)

Additionally, providing incentive based pay can be more effective than simply offering salaries for certain positions - this allows for employees to work towards goals and be rewarded when they are achieved.

It entails a higher reward for a much higher risk.

If you don't have any experience with this you may want to consider something more passive, more rewarding and probably less risky, I'm talking about private lending.

Real estate investments can lead to big rewards if done right - so don't let yourself get overwhelmed!

Don't try to be fancy or smart or clever and try to take advantage of a minor imbalance between risk and reward.

In commercial, the leases are usually longer though, so you have to be able to have vacancies longer, but the reward can be higher when you get a great tenant in there for a long time. 

I guess that's why we try to balance risk/reward and make a decision from there :)  I appreciate your feedback.
