And that assumes you're cleaning up the landscape - er, concrete - and all utilities are billed back to tenants, there's no pest control, and no trash expense. 

You may need to do a Renovation Builders Risk during the construction and then switch to regular policy once you get the CO. 

I guess I was thinking that if I did M2M the turnover time/energy/money (locks, cleaning etc.) was just not worth it. 

We have an idea to target a specific group of maintenance workers who regularly travel to several different locations around the country for 3-12 months of the year.

I'll take some regular pictures of the finish out when I view the property next.

Hi all,I'm looking for a trustworthy/reliable person who can help me clean up/remove junk and do minor handy man fixes on one property in Marietta. 

E.g. if my property manager would charge one month's rent in order to find a new tenant, in addition to the lost rent while the unit sits empty plus the turnover costs (painting, carpet cleaning, etc), shouldn't vacancy rates be padded even further?

Is the property located in an area that regularly floods?
