Is there anyone who has been heavily involved in this type of investing or has the strategic process in place to utilize this method of investing? 

It is an older home built around the early 1900s so everything is all natural wood.

Hi,Has any OOS investor purchased a house (or MF) off the MLS and successfully used the BRRR method?

My goal is to be financially free through the small multifamily BRRRR method, owning 5 houses by 2025I'd love to hear your opinions.P.S.

Hi @Stephen,I was just thinking about the implications of this today,  as a  method to add additional working capital.

If your main complexity will be of a different nature, you may want to zero in on a CPA that specializes in that industry.

Currently in the process of purchasing a property that i plan on using the BRRR method.

If you like you day job and can acquire properties at a slower pace, then use the BRRRR method to get your investment properties while living below you means to save cash for the next one.

Would anyone be able to shed some light on their preferred method?  

These are three entirely different scenarios, that will naturally lead to three entirely different potential deals.
