I know in my area of FL 2 miles away from Clearwater Beach a 3/2 non pool home will do $50k-ish and a 3/2 with a pool will do $80k+ and even more if heated.

I am not hearing great things about the Chichester area and now being told to be careful when listed "as is" because usually means major issue but my primary home was an "as is" 16 years ago and everything is still going strong!

I was ordered to remove the unit, which I used as a home office, and the expeditor who handled the project had the order reversed, and the apartment was converted to an office by removing a bathtub, and a stove and refrigerator in the kitchen.
