That's kind of like burning down the bridge that you use to get home because you don't want to pay the toll.

There is no reason you have to burn the bridge, she can still look for deals for you, etc, if she learns about anything in your parameters and let you know of anything, you never know where your next deal is coming from. 

I don't want to just drop them like I never had any contact with them and burn bridges, but I'm not ready to do any deals yet either (I'm focusing now on creating my business plan).
