Not just the data they give you or what you find online or what a referral says, but the whole picture.You have to have your facts and your data together to run a company the way we have and we have no problem telling a tenant, a vendor or even a potential investor that we are not a good fit and they need to look elsewhere.

so I've filtered through the archives and didnt see an exact fit to my question so here goes.I have a lot that will have potentially 3 spec homes build on them.

I decided to go into rehabbing homes because that fits more my style plus I like the challenge of taking an ugly house and making it better for everyone involvedI want to tell you that I have known a Real Estate agent and he is like a faraway friend, (you know a friend of a friends but he's also your friend but not close) So anyway, to my surprise he has been finding homes and assisting some rehabbers in my neck of the woods.

@Daniel Ryu and @John Van Uytven Yah...let me know when you guys are meeting up.I can fit the schedule...By the way Daniel, do you mean that you are buying houses in the US while you are in Korea?

I'm thinking of advertising it as having an "in-home fitness center" - my behind has certainly benefitted from all those trips up & down.

For a smaller project like what you're talking about it is quite possible that you may be able to structure it as a simple partnership provided it is considered de minimis and fits with securities laws.  

Create a playlist with the podcasts you want and that will fit on a disk and then burn that playlist to a CD in iTunes.
